- Select or type the amount you want to donate and fill out the other entries.
- Continue to page 2
- Under "Please direct my gift to": Select "Other" and enter the following phrase exactly: "Persian Nationality Room Scholarship".
- Select corporate matching gift if it applies, if not just continue to page 3.
- Follow the payment procedure and save a copy of your receipt.
